what's with telephone verification? Have you noticed that casual encounters personals now requires telephone verification? What's up with that? I'm not sure who would be stupid enough to give their phone number, so maybe CL just wants to get rid of adult personals. Chalk up one more victory to the morality police!

I've never used the personals..... but my guess is they are trying to keep minors out.

kids have cell phones Since all kids have cell phones there is no way anyone could think that would keep them away from personals.

i've never seen that certain people require it before meeting but safety first i say so why not?
