what should a senior support engineer make?
Primary job functions: · Support sales by ensuring that prospects' technical questions and concerns are addressed promptly and correctly. Understand the specifics of customers' infrastructures to define exactly how ICS will be integrated, including any custom integration scripts necessary. · Support new customers by creating and configuring their ICS instances, answering any technical-integration questions, and implementing any custom integration scripts. · Support existing customers' ad-hoc technical issues--for example, writing SQL to answer a question that is not supported in the normal reporting interface. · Participate in the product-design/development process: continuously providing learnings from customer interactions, helping to define and QA new functionality, familiarizing customers with new capabilities. Required experience: · 2 years of technical-integration experience, and 5 years of total full-time work experience · XML and Web Services · Python or Perl or Ruby · HTML · JavaScript · SQL Desirable skills: · Unix shell tools · XSL · AJAX · Data feeds · Java
